What we do

About Us

We are MYSN LTD Company number 13630051. Our reason for being here is to provide people help and advice focusing on health and well being. This is in the form of offering practical support via our Workshops, Group meetings, onsite Forums, Facebook, Twitter and Jitsi Meet. We support the Diabetes Research Association Charity number: 299047. We have recently linked with a services charity that focuses on helping ex forces personel. Support is available for people who are overweight with free practical diet information. With regards to keep fit we are teaming up with a number of trainers who are willing to train online for minimal cost with special discounts for those wishing to physically go to the gym. MYSN is short for My Support Network.
